PaperChef products are made of the finest materials all compostable and biodegradable and since our boxes do not use a serrated metal cutting edge, like plastic wrap or aluminum foil, the boxes are completely recyclable as is.

PaperChef products are Forest Stewardship Council certified FSC® C017242. FSC is an international non-profit organization that supports and promotes the environmentally appropriate management of the world’s forests.

Even though recycling is a large part of living a green lifestyle, paper can only be recycled up to seven times before the molecules become too degraded to use again. Therefore, PaperChef strongly believes that using FSC® C017242 certified responsibly harvested forests is an important element of producing a product that truly is environmentally friendly.

Is PaperChef parchment paper oven safe?
Yes. All PaperChef products are safe up to 425°F (218°C). Trim any overhanging edges of the paper to ensure it does not come in direct contact with the heat element or any open flame.
What is the benefit of wetting PaperChef parchment paper?
PaperChef genuine vegetable parchment has superior wet strength; by wetting the paper, it actually becomes pliable and durable, allowing it to mold to any cookware.
What are some ways in which you can use PaperChef parchment?
